Everyone seems to like my Broccoli Salad, even those who say they don't like broccoli.  It's the sweet/tangy dressing that does it I think, plus the bacon.  Here is a link to the basic recipe

I substitute red grapes for the raisins and walnuts instead of sunflower seeds. Best when broccoli, onion and grapes are cut small. Halve small grapes, quarter large grapes. I like to mix the broccoli, onion, walnuts and bacon together the night before so the flavors are absorbed. Add dressing right before serving. I double the recipe for large groups and still have some left over.

I like broccoli!  Hot, with cheese sauce or lemon and butter, deep-fried with a light tempura coating, or microwaved to crisp-tender, chilled, then tossed with grape tomatoes and Craisins, maybe some pecans, and drizzled with XV olive oil.  Yummers!!
